What we think we are hiding is actually subconsciously felt by our Soul-Aligned Clients 

Dogs aren't the only ones who smell fear, or lack of confidence. 
Humans do this all the time. 

In fact, we are born with this sense and rely on it extensively before we can see or talk!! 

We use this invisible sense to figure out if we are safe where we are or if we need to adapt to stay safe. 

(For example, babies left to cry it out in the crib who were "sleep trained" learned not to express their needs from the crib, because they Sensed their caregivers' distaste and they adapted to ensure survival - contrary to popular belief, they did not learn to self-soothe).

Now-a-days, we've forgotten all about this ancient Powerful Sense that we ALL have.

Over the past six years, I have come from having clinical depression, anxiety and trauma symptoms to feeling grounded, Whole and joyful with a greater capacity to experience all of the highs and lows of life. 
 
This inquisitive mind of mine demanded I understand scientifically, why I experienced such deep healing through various modalities.  This path brought me to aquire knowledge & certification in ELDOA L3, Movement for Trauma L2, FST, Emotional Freedom Technique, Parts Work and much more.  
 
Through the Movement Medicine which I now offer to clients all over the world, my relationships with my partner, children, family, colleagues, & the online space has blossomed into a loving, joyful, imperfectly perfect relationship where I feel confident to show all parts of my wild, messy Self.
 
By having unshakable confidence (which grew from a confident posture & building of Self trust), Self-Leadership became attainable. 
 
I am calling in women to join us in the rebellion against oppression by healing the wounds & programming that goes against our natural state of Being, which is, as our children show us, is Unapologetically CONFIDENT!
