Daily LIVE Sessions will begin

There will be a combination of movement,
pocket coaching & group healing sessions.
These LIVE sessions will be LIVE STREAMED into the FACEBOOK GROUP.

The seemingly harmless error, over time, has great ramifications.
Truth be told, it is this "80% effort" attitude that keeps folks stuck exactly where they are.... You are NOT one of them though!
You are here because you are ready to show up 100% and take part in all the actionable steps... right?!
t is especially important to show up LIVE for the Daily LIVE sessions.
Energetically, when we show up and engage together, we have a greater effect, because we are connected through the shared viewing & doing experience.
Here are some tips for Your greatest transformation:
- Block out 8am EST on your calendar (September 19-12rd, 2022)
- Join the Facebook Group and create an intro post or video or go LIVE
- Make a written commitment to yourself and place it somewhere visible for 5 days (a sticky note works well)!
- Invite a friend/virtual friend to join with you
- Do the tapping sequence for over coming resistance (will be released inside the facebook group a few days before the start of ELEVATE) as many times as you need to!
It is going to be an EPIC 5 days together!
