Movement Medicine Membership 4 Group sessions per month, weekly recordings provided for 14 days.

You will have the opportunity to join upto 3x LIVE Movement Medicine Sessions each week 

We are adding session times as more members join with the aim of offering 5 session times each week.

Current Sessions schedule: 
Wednesdays at 8:30am - 9:30am 

Thursdays 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Sundays 10:00am - 10:45am

If you cannot make it LIVE a recording will be sent to your email. 

(On Occasion, dates & times subject to change with 24hrs notice) 

This is a 12 month subscription.
