You will have the opportunity to join 3x LIVE Movement Medicine Sessions each week 

Sessions schedule: (more dates & times added to acommodate time zones)

Mondays 8:30pm -9:00pm
 
Wednesdays at 9:00am - 9:30am 

Thursdays 12:00pm - 12:30pm 

Sundays 10:00am-10:40am

If you cannot make it LIVE a recording will be sent to your email. 

(On Occasion, dates & times subject to change with 24hrs notice) 

This is a month-to-month subscription
