What is ELDOA?
ELDOA are a series of postures that create maximal decompression at specifically targeted joints in the body by creating lines of tensile pull on the body’s fascial system. Adapted for each body, the ELDOA are a compliment to all movement, training, rehab, prehab, & as a daily preventative measure to optimize overall health.
Created by world renowed Osteopath Guy VOYER, there is an ELDOA for each functional unit of the spine, as well as peripheral joints. Using the strength of your muscles against the tention in your fascia (connective tissue), these intricite postures release areas of tension while strengthening areas of weakness.
The result is a body closer to homeostasis, (balance), & alignment!
