Movement Medicine is the combination of many years of study and practice. It is the interplay between body, mind and Spirit. We use movement to stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Through our trauma-informed, nurturing, holistic lens, with permission, we tap into your energetic aura, and feel what movements would be beneficial to create balance to your chakras.
These are specialized, particular movements that bring balance to the brain, nervous system, energetic, & physical body.
It is not another yoga or Pilates class.
