Movement Medicine Sessions (Inside Free Facebook Group: My Aligned Life | Embodied, Whole & Unapologetic Living for Women)

These LIVE Movement Medicine sessions happen every Tuesday at 10:15am (EST, Toronto time zone), and are a mix of physical, emotional and energetic alignment. Each week, we gather together inside a zoom room and move and explore together . You can also join via facebook if you prefer.

Each week we check-in, and participate in movement techniques aimed at creating balance back in the body, nervous system, brain & Self. (Level of participation is optional). There are no expectations. Come check it out!

What else is on my YouTube Channel?
Well, my older videos are my excitement as I learned more about the body & specifically the ELDOA method, and the newer videos are movement snacks specifically designed to be easily integrated into your day for postural correction, myofascial stretch, mindfulness, and grounding. (Shh.. it’s basically what I do to keep chronic pain & anxiety at bay).

***What is Embodied Intuitive Movement Coaching? ***

You wake up with stiffness, soreness or chronic pain three or more times a week.  You cannot pin-point the cause exactly (bad pillows, overtired, carrying groceries), yet you have an underlying concern – that inkling feeling – that stress makes a significant contribution.
