These support sessions started at the height of the lockdown (due to the global pandemic) when stress levels were increasing by the moment.
Each week we discuss theories (polyvagal theory, neuroscience, etc) and participate in movement techniques aimed at creating balance back in the body, nervous system, brain & self. (Level of participation is optional). There are no expectations. Come check it out!

Well, my older videos are my excitement as I learned about the body & specifically the ELDOA method, and the newer videos are movement snacks specifically designed to be easily integrated into your day for postural correction, myofascial stretch, mindfulness, and grounding. (Shh.. it’s basically what I do to keep chronic pain & anxiety at bay).
A window into my life, I mostly share the things I’m learning or am currently excited about. Sometimes I reflect on my own experiences, other times I get excited about a friend, or client’s progress (with permissions). Check out what my clients have to say about working with me.
You wake up with stiffness, soreness or chronic pain three or more times a week. You cannot pin-point the cause exactly (bad pillows, overtired, carrying groceries), yet you have an underlying concern – that inkling feeling – that stress makes a significant contribution.
Perhaps you’ve already worked to re-frame your mindset, your thoughts & behaviours, yet something still feels askew. The reframing hasn’t ‘stuck’ to each part of you.

You feel capable and ready to tackle your tasks for the day. You feel less rigid and more fluid in the way your gorgeous body moves.
You feel physically stronger and it shows. You are strong & self-supported; believing you can carve any path you choose. You notice positive gains during your daily physical practices.
You feel grounded, with both feet on the ground, your whole self present – walking on the path you’ve designed for yourself. .
Inside the Aligned access to your body’s intelligence 3 month program we will identify areas where your body habitually holds tension, and gently re-program for a more balanced posture & self. We will use movement-based activities & games to increase executive functioning skills.
Primarily using movement-based activities, ELDOA & MFT methods, we will strengthen areas of weakness in the body without initiating more stress (ie. no weight lifting).
It is possible to increase executive functioning skills though playful movement-based games & activities.
Together we will re-program & strengthen synapses (neural connections) through movement-based activities, to increase their effectiveness, strength, & durability. Which in turn, will result in feeling capable to plan & execute decisions (among other benefits).
Combined with on-going support, the Aligned access to your body’s intelligence program will have you feeling balanced, capable and motivated.
