In this class, we move in long, elastic lines that strengthen and lengthen the body at the same time. Using flowing sequences that maintain healthy tension through the Body's fascia.
Expect walking lunges with continuous fascial load, bodyweight strength work, and fluid transitions
You’ll leave feeling longer, more resilient, and deeply connected in your Body
With improved mobility, coordination, and a renewed sense of vitality and support
